  • What are you policies on refunds?
    We are sorry to inform our customers that refunds are not issued on any items.
  • What are your policies on exchanges?
    Exchanges are welcome within ten days of purchase. Customer must have the original receipt, item be unworn, tags on and unwashed to process an exchange.
  • How soon will my order be processed?
    Orders will be processed and delivered within 2-7 days. Any delays or backorders will be communicated.
  • Do you offer discounts?
    We proudly offer discounts to military members, health care professionals, teachers and many others. An ID may be required to verify eligibility.
  • Do you accept phone orders?
    In addition to in-store and website purchases, orders may be done by phone (901-337-8964). The payment link will be sent via text or email.
  • Is there an option to break up a full scrub uniform set?
    At this time, scrub uniforms are sold as a full set. However, there is an option to break the set up. Any customer may submit a "Get in Touch" message in the contact section to discuss.
  • Are more items available in-person?
    Yes. In our beautiful storefront, there are more items available. Items such as: scrub uniforms, scrub jackets, compression socks, badge reels, and lanyards.
